His practice area includes the sale and leasing of office, flex and retail properties in Northern Virginia. Jim has successfully completed transactions valued in excess of $75million and has established a positive reputation as a community leader focused on building citizen volunteerism, economic redevelopment and environmental conservation in Northern Virginia.
Jim is a resident of Loudoun County and Leesburg, VA since 1994. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Jim spent 25 years in the telecommunications industry in roles ranging from Sales Person to Senior Vice President for US and International systems and service providers IBM, MITEL, MCI/Worldcom and others.
He is the founding Chairman of Crossroads of Leesburg, Inc, a non-profit organization working within the town of Leesburg, VA to achieve Economic Restructuring of Leesburg’s Traditional Commercial District. He is also a member of the Downtown Improvement Association, and was on the founding roster of the Public Art Commission for the Town as well as Chairman of the appointed Task Force that established Leesburg’s Public Art Commission.
