Real estate transactions are among the largest commitments a company will ever make and most Client companies lack some of the resources needed to be successful. The specific knowledge, warm relations, and technology required to successfully complete a real estate transaction is generally found amongst the many qualified Real Estate professionals operating in the Client’s area of interest. The challenge is: How to qualify which professional to work with.

Qualify solutions
The universe of real estate opportunity is rich with choice. The problem is that most Clients rarely have the time or expertise to qualify properties for consideration. A single property attribute can eliminate it from consideration, if found early, or waste a lot of time and effort if discovered late in the process. Reducing the pool of possible solutions to the “One” is made even more challenging by the fact that the best solution may not currently be on the market.

Reduce obstacles
The gulf between Provider and Consumer perception of value is often the primary obstacle to a successful transaction. There are others; Preexisting constraints, environmental conditions, preparation for use, allocating responsibilities, scheduling events, managing personalities, and the very real impact that a transaction can have on a company’s resources and brand.

There can be more costs in the words of the Lease or Sales Contract than are immediately recognized in the rent or sale price.
