With more than 20 years of experience, Poe has completed transaction valued in excess of $100 million. Glen has built a strong reputation in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland as a knowledgeable real estate and land expert with warm County and business relationships that ultimately benefit his clients and their investments.
Glen is a licensed Class A construction contractor and previously served as vice president of Windover Homes, Ltd. responsible for land acquisitions and development as well as oversight of the construction of custom homes. His experience includes all levels of the development process, working with municipal authorities, engineers, soil scientists, archeologists, architects and attorneys. His field work includes coordination and management of well drillers, excavators, construction crews, conservationists, preservationists and foresters.
Notable accomplishments in his career include a five-year project containing in excess of 800 acres sold in multiple parcels to different buyers. Glen was involved in every aspect from planning and execution of a sales to development and litigation of zoning issues. The cumulative sales price was in excess of $21 million surpassing the seller’s goal by $12 million.
