Real Estate License Number: 0225162908Matt Everly serves as Co–founder, Partner and Broker and has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1985 specializing in Commercial Real Estate brokerage of Retail, Office and Industrial properties throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Matt has successfully completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $15million. Matt has established significant relationships with Real Estate investors and Landlords based upon his deep knowledge of property values, finance and investment opportunites in Northern Virginia.
Prior to his real estate career, Matt worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for AREAS of Mclean, VA; worked for British Aerospace for ten years as their Logistics Manager and Co-Founded All Pro Moving and Transfer, a company that grew to a fleet of seven trucks, a 40,000 sf warehouse and annual revenues in access of three million dollars.
Matt is a Virginia native and US Air Force veteran interested in coaching in-line hockey, snow skiing, boating and his family.
