Jim Sisley is Owner and Principal Broker of Paladin Real Estate and works in support of Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers in commercial transactions for office, flex and retail properties in Northern Virginia. He has successfully completed transactions valued in excess of $75million and is well established as a community leader focused on economic development, preservation, environmental conservation and increasing volunteerism in Northern Virginia.
He is very active in local government as a member of boards, commissions and nonprofit organizations working to achieve economic optimization and preservation of architectural assets in Leesburg's traditional commercial district.
Prior to his career in Real Estate, Jim spent 25 years in the telecommunications and information technology industries.

Matt Everly serves as Co-founder/Associate Broker of Paladin Real Estate. He has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1985, specializing in Commercial Real Estate brokerage of Retail, Office and Industrial properties throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Matt has successfully completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $20 million. Matt has established significant relationships with Real Estate Investors and Landlords based upon his deep knowledge of property values, finance, and investment opportunities in Northern Virginia.
Earlier in his real estate career, Matt worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for AREAS of Mclean, VA.
Matt is a Virginia native and US Air Force veteran, coaches Baseball and is interested in snow skiing, boating and his family.
